visits, cousins, and invitations...
Wow, it seems as if life continues to increase in activity! Yesterday, my dear old friend Jane Turner from Puerto Rico cam over for lunch a visit! She was so kind to assist me in printing my wedding invitations. We then spent the afternoon tying little green bows, and yes, each one is ‘unique’ LOL. Can you tie 200 exact replica bows? LOL During a run into the office to print more invites, Jane was so sweet to fill our house with the beautiful sounds of her esquisit talent on the piano forte! Be Thou y Vision, and Rhonda, along with various songs from one one our favorite movies “Pride and Prejudice” filled the air and created such a wonderful mood to visit. My sweet sisters were busy cooking a delicious meal, ironing, and sewing away whilst mumsie and all the kiddies were in Atlanta. Towards supper time we finished the invites and gathered in the great room with Charlie and Kate to watch “Hero Dad” a movie made by the talented Sampley sisters. Mumsie returned before we were finished and the house erupted with three little boys running here and there greeting their “sissy’s” with “heeellow” and kisses, what a joy! Our cousin Zoey was apart of the party and it was wonderful to see her again! She and Bethy jumped into the kitchen and prepared a wonderful feast! They then arranged the back porch where we enjoyed the lovely weather and setting of the sun! That night as I climbed into bed after a lovely chat with my wonderful husband-to-be, I lay listening to the giggles and chatter of Beth and Zoey. They have always been such close adoring cousins. It was a charming day!
