Coffee anyone?

While visiting a friends family a young girl approached a young man and politely asked if he would like a cup of coffee. Why how kind he thought, “Yes that would be nice”. “Would you like sugar or cream?” she asked. “Umm, well maybe some cream…and perhaps some cinnamon.” He replied.
“Oh I’m sorry, we don’t have any cream, would milk do?” she asked apologetically. “Yes milk is fine”. “Sugar?” “Well actually do y’all have any honey?” “Yes sir” she answered, “anything else?” “Umm, I guess just about a tablespoon of honey, and maybe a teaspoon of cinnamon, but if you don’t have any then maybe some nutmeg. Or if you have both then that would be good. Oh wait, scratch the cinnamon, cinnamon sticks, have y’all got any?” “I’ll check” she replied. “Umm, while you’re at it some cloves would be nice, and maybe some hazelnut syrup.”

She returned somewhat flustered, “Umm I’m afraid we’re out of cloves, but we do have cinnamon sticks.” “Well put in a cinnamon stick, no half a stick, just put it in there.” “okay” the girl said turning to go, as her mother walked in the room.
“What are you doing dear?” she asked. “I’m trying to fix some coffee” the girl replied. “Oh Hon, we ran out of coffee this morning."

"I'm terribly sorry sir, but would you like some tea?"

"Why yes that would be fine."

"Ok, what would you like in it?".........
