Where O Where have the Smithis gone too?

Hello Readers!
I know, how sad and lonely our blog looks! I am so sorry for the lack of posts lately. The Lord has blessed us with a wonderfully exciting, but very busy New Year! Lord willing I will be catching up on some much needed posts about Dec. of last year and then hopefully I'll put up some pictures of January! But now (this is SO exciting!!) here are some pictures from the past couple of days!! To be more specific, of the HUGE amount of snow we got this past week!!

Isn't it beautiful?! I think we got about 4 inches! A record for at least the past 20 years, Daddy said!

"Snow flakes keep fallin' on my head........."

It sure makes the sheep pasture look nicer then it has in a while! ;)

Our newest addition to the flock, Sarai, tasting the snow.

The LORD remembers us and will bless us: He will bless the house of Israel, he will bless the house of Aaron, he will bless those who fear the LORD-- small and great alike. May the LORD make you increase, both you and your children. May you be blessed by the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. Psalms 115:12

The Premiere

I know it's a bit late but I thought I'd post a few pictures of the Premiere we did on the 9!!!
It was such a touching video, especially for those of us who personally knew Pop and it was really wonderful to have been able to show it at the church where he used pastor!! It brought back such a flood of memories as I walked through the building!!
The video "The Amazing Journey of Pastor Ron" is now available to watch at http://homeschooladvantage.us/Movies/MoviePlayer.cfm?MovieID=41 !!!
Oh, it is so exciting!!! Just this week we have had people from England, the Netherlands, Australia, Jamaica and Mexico as well as cities all across the United States visit our website!! How amazing to think that Daddy's messages and other's that he promotes are affecting people all over the globe!!!

For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
Hebrews 4:12
Before we showed the movie we sang a few songs, one in particular Pop used to like called "I have something to sing about"
After the showing we went to the down stairs for refreshments and fellowship!I just love this picture of Daddy with his sister!!!Thank you to everyone who brought food!!Maud and Annie and Ronnie a-visiting in the kitchen

Well, Daddy just called and he's almost home so I'd better hop off!!

Resurrection Sunday

When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Jesus' body. Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb and they asked each other, "Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?" But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away. As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed. "Don't be alarmed," he said. "You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him.
Mark 16:1-6

God Bless!
