Hello Smith girls!!! This is Lauren. My sister (Leslie) and I met your family at the Film Festival. So sorry we haven't gotten in touch with you earlier.

So today's the approximate date for Katie's baby?! That is so wonderful! (My mom's due in about another month.) We're looking forward to plenty of baby pictures! Please tell Katie that we're praying for her, and that we hope she has a smooth delivery!

One question: Are you any relation to the Maddox family? My family met them at American Vision's Worldview Superconference in Toccoa last May. It was so nice talking with Mrs. Maddox!

Again, thanks for keeping us up-to-date on what's going on in your family!

Lauren

P.S. Bethany, I thought that your Proverbs 31 tribute to Rachel was wonderful! You are both such sweet girls, and it was a wonderful blessing to meet you! Say hello to the rest of your family for us, please!

Lauren and Leslie,

It's so nice to hear from y'all!! Yes, today is Katie's due date. Doesn't look like the time has come yet, but we sure are looking forward to it:) It's such a blessing to know the Lord holds this child in the palm of His mighty hand, and His timing is absolutely perfect! Praise the name of the Lord!! Isn't this jolly?

Aww, and I'll bet y'all are just thrilled with the anticipation of your own new sibling. What fun!

LOL, yes I'm sure that when Alan and Katie's little blessing comes, the blog will be dotted with lot's of pics of the little sweetie:)

Well, no we aren't related to the Maddox family, but we sure enjoy meeting with them when we get the opportunity. They fellowship with the Morton's, and various other families each Sunday. It's just amazing how the Lord brings so many people together in such neat ways, and in so many different places! Blogs are such a convenient way to network with other families:)

Thanks for posting! And let your family know the Smithy’s said hello:) May the Lord bless and keep y’all!
